Presto 2 Losing License / Can't license Presto 2

The following steps should quickly resolve the licensing issue with the Presto 1 software.

1- Stop the Presto Service.

2- Download an updated "prestod" service exe at this link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hgkoerjz_3hiV9cHQkemkB-lf9fT1tzm/view?usp=sharing

3- Go to c:\programfiles\collobos\presto\service and simply drag the new prestod64 exe in the folder.  You will be prompted if you want to overwrite the existing file.  ACCEPT / YES.

4-Restart the Presto Service

This should resolve it within a few seconds if you have a valid license. If it doesn't, please email support<at>collobos.com and we will assist with your specific case.  Please include your license and account email address in the request.
