2024 Updated SSL Certs

Every year we need to update the SSL cert in the software and that time is now.  Please run the following build over the top of the existing. Only close the UI app, DO NOT stop the Presto service.  It should update everything for you.  We always recommend taking a snapshot of the server/s first.
