How to Resolve DNS Issues in Presto

Presto has detected a problem, typically stemming from an environment that has implemented DNS rebinding attack protection, that is preventing required DNS resolution.

Please ensure that the following are part of your network configuration:

Whitelist URLs
Required Ports
  • TCP 9631 Inbound
  • TCP/UDP 53 Inbound
  • UDP 5335 Inbound
  • TCP 443 Outbound (used for license activation)
  • HTTPS 8009 Outbound
