Linksys / Cisco

Double check that multicast is enabled.  Sometimes with linksys it is phrased (Filiter Multicast. If so, this should be unchecked).


On the Cisco linksys modem router WAG120N we have also seen it necessary to reconfigure Port Range Forwarding.  Please contact Linksys support for assistance with this.


Unplug the router for a few minutes and then reboot.  See if it clears.

 We have seen issues with this router.  Try updating your firmware.
