For local.multicast DNS (Bonjour), your router must support Bonjour and Multicast for the software to work.
Make sure Multicast is Enabled/Allowed on your router. This is often found under advanced settings on your router control panel. Verbage of settings vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your print drivers.
If you rename a printer on your computers printer control panel after it's detected by the software it will no longer work even if it shows-up with the new name. Completely uninstall your printers and all associated software. Then reinstall and that should clear it.
If your printer has low ink, the print job won't start until you replace the ink because of how the driver throws up the error.
