I need to re-install / re-license

Sorry you had a hardware problem... we've all been there...

  1. Quit Presto
  2. Goto Task Manager (cntrl+alt+delete) and make sure Presto and Presto Service and are closed, dead, and gone.  While there, click on "Processes" to make are that Presto Service are closed there as well.
  3. Do a normal uninstall of first "Presto".  
  4. Just download the software from our site and re-install.  Be sure to log-in to your Presto account on our site.  Click on your serial number and then "Reset" your activation. This will then allow you to relicense the software by entering your email address and Presto password.
