It just stopped working...

1.  We regularly see people unintentionally connect to the "Guest" wireless network and not their main network.  Check your wifi connection and be sure to reconnect to the main wireless network. Try again.

2. A hard reboot on the PC, Router, and iOS (in that order) often does magic.  Be sure to reconnect to the correct network,  if the issue continues, continue in the FAQ or contact support.
