The following is for troubleshooting upgrades 2.x-2.5.x.
1-Updating may take you through a re-licensing process.
Presto 2.5 licensing
The Presto Console now has a login. The default login is admin/admin
2-Confirm all software is up to date.
- Presto Server & Components: 2.5.2780+
- Presto Apps: 2.5.2772+
Sitename: So long as the server software is up to date you should be able to click through.
Login: The login button is dynamic. When name and password fields are blank, the button permits logging in as "guest". Once a user begins typing credentials, the button changes to a standard login button.
All Apps: Updating an app/s requires the current server version. We recommend updating at your earliest convenience. Presto Server is however backward compatible with previous versions of Presto previous client apps.
- Confirm you are on the correct network
- Run the following lookup:
- C:\> nslookup 127-0-0-1.collobos.net
If everything is working as it should, you should see output that looks something like this:
