Some client devices not seeing printers or app says "How would you like to register Presto3"

Recently a library was deprecated by a 3rd party that we use to license the software.  We have fixed this on the backend.  

Problem:   Some client devices not seeing printers or app says "How would you like to register Presto3".

Solution:  If you are experiencing this The Presto 3 software simply needs to be deactivated and reactivated with your license.
